Service Description
Join Steph for a nurturing and restorative class. Allow yourself to slow down, let go, unwind, rebalance and restore. This class will be set up to use props and be nourishing, guiding the students to slow down, center and ground. This is a wonderful opportunity for an early week time out. All levels welcome.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule individual appointments, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance via, text, Facebook or calling 250-305-7641. No show fee is the full price of the missed service. To cancel or reschedule yoga classes or Sound Bath please give 12 hours notice. Classes and Sound Baths will not be rescheduled or refunded without 12 hours notice. ALL CLASSES HAVE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 4 STUDENTS TO RUN. A cancelation email will be sent to you the day before the scheduled class. Thanks for understanding.
